We are thrilled to announce that Knight Fan Shop now has an Official UCF Merchandise License! This certification allows us to produce, market, sell, and distribute merchandise bearing the approved trademarks and insignia of the University of Central Florida (UCF). This partnership marks a significant milestone for our business, and we are excited to share this journey with our valued customers.

What is a CLC Local License?

The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) is the largest licensing group in the country, handling licensing for nearly 200 universities. They offer three types of licenses: local, standard, and restricted. A local license gives us permission to produce licensed products for colleges and universities in our state. For Knight Fan Shop, this means we can now offer merchandise with official UCF logos, opening up endless possibilities for new designs.

Our Journey to Certification

The process to obtain the Official Community Connect License was extensive but incredibly rewarding. We had to provide detailed information about our LLC and our business performance. The University of Central Florida made the process smooth and was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, it took us about a year, but it was worth every moment. Now, we have a partnership that ensures our designs are approved for sale, maintaining the quality and integrity of UCF’s brand.

Exciting New Products

With this certification, we are excited to introduce our first official UCF merchandise: the Official UCF Knight Nation Sticker Pack. Stickers have always been a cornerstone of our product offerings, and now we are proud to launch our UCF line with these high-quality, officially licensed products. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us.
